John, I see you posted this question again. I'm getting a domain hosting site from your links and when I search for Halfords so I guess they have a web problem at the moment. I suspect that you haven't received a reply as nobody has tried the stuff you are looking at. Weight will be the concern with it, as with any "normal" filler.

Hi Nick, I posted it again, cos there werent many on when I first posted it and it seemed to get buried quite quickly, as on Sunday myself and a couple of others made alot of posts enough to push it out the 25 most recent (I think) where I know alot of people look... The link is to an aerosol can halfords do. I was thinking because it was spray the weight might not be an issue? Also its acrylic based so I thought maybe foam safe.
No probs if nobody knows.
