You can't really go past a premade motor mount that's made specifically for the super cub.

If you want to get rid of the wiggle and stiffen up your motor mount, use some epoxy. Remember that the mount you attach to the firewall needs to be angled too, as described in this thread:

i found out why it was wiggling. i forgot to put a screw into it! oops.
i used pieces of scrap styrene (from my railroad) to get the motor to have the origional motor mount angle, and it's now rock solid. i grabbed it by the prop and shook it like mad, and it didn't break, so it's good. it still hasn't flown due to cold weather and semester exams in school.
