i crashed my plane (i cleared the fence, but i had no battery power, so the wing hit a shed). shattered my APC prop, and caved in my wing tip. the nearest (nice) hobby shop is 90 miles away, and i would like to do some flying till i go down there. will a master airscrew 10x8 propeller (wooden one) work on my plane? my super cub came stock with a NI-MH battery and a 10x8 prop stock, and the wooden one weighs about 15-20 percent more. will i toast my motor?

Probably not. Try short flights instead.

I used a stock 10x8 (back when 10x8 WAS stock) with LiPo power on my first cub and had no issues. Great flights too! Try it.

Yes you can!!! I use a master airscrew 10x8 glass filled nylon prop, NiMh and LiPo with no problem at all. it is a little heavy but works well.
