I had a blast yesterday flying my cub as slow and as I could. I was doing loops in a soccer field about 12 feet off the ground. You really get a good feel for the plane when you do this because you end up using the throttle and elevator a lot more to control the plane. If you crash, damage is usually minimal. Seems to be a very good way to improve your landings too.

After a couple of weeks, I'm really feeling comfortable with the Cub now. I love flying it low, but I generally fly it quicker and do fly bys really close to where I'm standing.
