NAAHH this place is GREAT!! I love the outdoors, and anyone who does too should visit and get an eyefull of gods greatest creation. Take a look at my tags on the forum's map. Pretty cool stuff

Just ordered some Dubro 3 " Super Lite for the mains and 1 1/4" Mini Lite for the tail. Hopefully these will work better in short grass. I also have floats but I'll wait until I hone my skills a little more before trying those.

Used my dremel tool to sand the axle hole back flush with the spokes on one side of the 3 inch mains and drill the 1-1/4 tail wheel out with a 1/16 " bit. Used white out as lock tight on threads. They look good and work great. My yard is too bumpy for smooth landings though. It used to be a pasture. I will start flying on the softball field that I can see from my home. That is until I get good enough to use the floats.
