Set a new record for cowl crush. While I was trimming the radio after binding, hit the trottle, wingless SC flew off the kitchen table, hit the sliding glass door and alas, broken cowl. Too windy to fly outside, so I crash indoors.

I was trying some taxiing practice wingless and instead of easing forward, the Cub lurched forward, dropped over a short ledge and the propeller disintegrated. At least I was outside. LOL

Maden flight today, invited the grandchildren and friends. I though I did a good preflight but didn't notice rudder reversed. 1st crash. Reset rudder- 2nd crach. Remembered rudder is on alieron channel, good takeoff. Quick trip around the park and OK landing, grass kinda tall. Second takeoff OK, boy this thing is fast, oboy this park is small, wandering tree walked into the path of the SC and just reached out and grabbed it. Had to get extending hot stick from the power company and finally got the SC back to the ground. Damage, broken tail on fuselage, grandkids think grandpa is a dork, and grandma thinks is all fun and games. O well, its just stryofoam. Next time though, I'm gonna soar. ;D
