Scotch tape and a small piece of foam to absorb as much vibration as possible.

the one that looks like a key-less entry remote for a car. Got it off "Evil"-bay for about 11 bucks. Just search for keychain camera. I think mine came from Hong Kong. I know planeinsane.com sells them too for about 20 bucks. I mounted it just behind the battery box with about a 10 degree down angle.
