Hi Legot
I have the decals & have scanned them for you, what is your email address?
Or anyone else for that matter.
Regards, John

I use black electrical tape, and then trim it to shape with a scalpel or craft knife. Works well for me :-)

Hi John,
Would it be possible for you to post the file to the forum? Just hit 'reply' and you'll find an option next to "attach file"
cheers

Hi Dill/All
Just tried to start a new thread called "Decal Scans" but unfortunately even as jpegs the files are 2mb which open up to 15mb files.
I have scanned the tail decals too and will scan the whole sheet eventually. I can start a thread called "Decal Scans" in the "Painting" section of the forum and list the scans I have as I do them and am more than happy to email them to any SCC members if they send me there request and email address through the messaging system.

Can you convert them to hi-res black/white (2-bit?) tif/bmp? That usually takes the size down quite a bit.

Good idea charliebrown Have converted them to 8 bit greyscale and cropped them out of the sheet individually. I am using photoshop and dont seem to have the option to save as BW 2bit only Greyscale 8 bit. The side windows are saved at 300dpi the front/cockpit is at 260 in order to get it below 1.2mb both at actual size so adjust dpi accordingly leaving dimensions the same for correct scale.
