Heres my Alaska State Trooper Cub. Ive got it outfitted with floats currently but she flies great off of skis and wheels also. <a href="http://s1146.photobucket.com/albums/o532/akdodger/?action=view¤t=supercubpicforforum.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o532/akdodger/supercubpicforforum.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Yes, cheap nav lights, turnigy from hobbyking, and I used krylon fusion for plastics spraypaint.

This was my first flight in a month or two. had four very successful flights and then ended up flying inverted... luckily there was a thorn bush to "catch it". Attachments:

My modified cub! You'll have to explain how you did the Checkerboard pattern oon the cowl for me.

@ pasquale91
I bought some checked pattern kind of mac-tac, then put it on the cowl. Where there was some curve, you slice with exacto and overlay, a bit long to make it nice. And in front of the cowl, you cut in long then fold back inside the air trap. ANd use exacto to make a hole for propo shaft.
