Sayers- I got the t-28 from hobb-e-mart on ebay and they forgot to send me my LG!! I took the pic soon after I got it, and the second package from hobbemart hadn't arrived. What's next? Well I thought it was going to be something different, but turns out I saw some COX micro warbirds for sale on RCgroups and I found myself with two more planes a few days later! It only cost me 30 bucks and I got two airframes. They are pretty cheap to outfit too, yet zip around the sky quite well. I plan to go with a 10g outrunner, 6 amp BESC, 5 gram servos, and my AR6000.

Maybe a seagull 300. But you never know, cuz I buy stuff on RCgroups so if i see a good deal, I might get something before the seagull. Otherwise, I'm thinking the seagull next.

I got the P-47 all done! It's running the stock brushed motor, 7 amp esc, two 5 gram servos, and a 450mah lipo. So far I've modified it to have aileron control instead of rudder, and I also cut a hatch in the fuse to access my battery. I can't wait for the maiden!

I just got back from the maiden!
After double and tripple checking the preflight checks, I gave the bird full throttle and a nice throw. It flew right out and after a few trims was flying straight. Honestly, I was expecting it to be a little faster, but it was pleanty fast for its size and I have no problem with it.
It flew great with the aileron and elevator control. It banked nicely for turns, and if I turned the Dual Rates on it had a nice roll rate. I think I was having a little bit of flutter on my ailerons as It would twitch a little when tracking straight with no input.
I was a little worried about the landing. I had only landed planes with LG. The plane slowed right down though and a dead stick landing with a little flare settled it nicely down in the grass.
Over all, it's a fun little plane!
