Well I forgot to add this plane a while back. It has been flown many times without a hitch until the last time. The cowl screws came out and the cowl met the prop. Then the plane met the turf. It was a lovely meeting. Until now it just sat in the corner waiting for attn. I finally pulled it up on the bench for repairs (which from what I saw on the outside was minor). Come to find out it was built on friday right before the buzzer sounded. It was missing glue all over up front int he firewall location. I got some pic or the damage I will post and what I am doing to fix and build up the firewall better. I will look for a before pic first so you can see her gleem.

Me too. It was either a yak or the sukhoi...... Still wanting for a Yak though....may get one in like 25% size for a 50CC gasser. Future is packed full of planes as far as I can see.....hehe.

Hey Kevin , nice plane. I saw one at the field last week and its a great flyer. If you looking for a nice YAk around the 55" size checkout the Cermark Yak54 EP. It's a beauty, she goes together like a dream and flies even better. I've just built one with a Turnigy 42 50 700 ( same as a Power32) and she puts out 770 watts with a 14 x 7 APC . Pulls long straight uplines !!! Take care Glenn

Hey Glenn, Do those wings come off? If I remember correctly they do not but it could have been a different plane by cermark I am thinking of. What was your AUW? Was it made for electric or is it a conversion?
Kevin
P.S. Nice looking plane!

Yep wing are removable and the kit comes with a carbon wing tube . AUW is 5.3 lbs running a 4s 4000 and parts are available.....which is unlike Cermark but I checked into that before I bought one. And yes it's specifically for electric power. Glenn
