I started out flying helis last year, before getting the Cub bug this summer. Sure, there was the occasional Air Hog - but nothing big. I ended up inheriting a few airplanes (and supplies) from my grandpa, so I wanted to get my feet wet with fixed wings.
As I get things assembled and air worthy, I'll be sure to add some pictures.
Helis:
E-Flite Blade CX (modified) GlobalRC Carboon G2 HeliMax Axe CP Align T-Rex 450SA Thunder Tiger Raptor 30
Airplanes:
GWS Flying Eye (Ladybug repainted to be a winged eyeball) HobbyZone SuperCub v 2.0 (currently being rebuilt) E-Flite J-3 Cub 25 Telemaster 40 (Grandpa's) Kyosho WingMaster 10 Ultralight (Grandpa's) Hobbico SturdyBirdy II (Grandpa's) Great Planes Super Sportster 40 (Grandpa's - needs to be finished) Generic low wing plane - not sure of the brand/name (Grandpa's)

If you have not done so already replace the plastic gears the tail rotor belt rides on in your T-Rex 450 SA. They will come apart and cause the tail rotor to fail. If you are not to good at auto's it will end in a crash.

Thanks for the head's up on the tail rotor belt gear. Do you happen to know what that part is? Horizon lists the part (or the one I think you're talking about) as discontinued. Or can I just nab one from SE? This is the part, right? Also, 60buick from your posts, you seem to be quite up on your helis. The Raptor 30 I have, I picked up from a guy who built it - but got intimidated when he had to program his radio/set blade pitch/generally configure it for flight. The thing has never had a drop of gas in it. Are there certain things I should look over before getting it airborne (like checking screws to see if he used threadlock)? -Sam

Just picked up a Century Falcon 46 kit (with everything: motor, electronics, etc) for a steal. Gonna build it for the experience and then probably sell it.
However, it looks like a neat heli.
