Did you guys ever have those times of when you crash your cub hard, your whole nose ripped right off, meaning the firewall, cowl, motor, e.t.c.?!!!

Yea... This happened after one flight, looks kind of like a military transport, LOL.

LOL! You sure are right! That does look like some cargo transporter. I like the design modifications that you did on your cub. Take Care.

Pat. That looks severe but I bet the fix was pretty easy.

One thing I realized on all 4 of my Super Cubs are that they all have broken tail areas like yours. That's a very weak part on the cub.

Yea... This happened after one flight, looks kind of like a military transport, LOL. So Pat, How many other crash pics do you have at the ready?LOL What about nose first into concrete? Or bursts into flames in mid air? Or ocean landing? just messing with ya...

The nose kept breaking off a little further back each time until it got here and the fix was pretty easy, a little Gorilla Glue. Got enough pics for my walk of shame (LOL) but not enough for all the carnage I put the SC thru. Seems most of the time I don't have the camera with me or forget to take a pic after the crash.

I appreciate your "breaking off further back each time". Your staying power is strong.
The transport comparison is great too.
I never thought to take a picture of my Super Cub when my bro drilled it into the ground full throttle Park 450 screaming right into concrete. Not nice. And yes tail section was trying to wrap around to the front as well.

Hey Pat, what prop are you using on your cub. Just wondering because it didn't appear to break. Take Care.

This is from my neighbor swatting it out of the air ! It was either that or hit him between the eyes !! He just laughed.
