Nice video! A good camera man is hard to find...you found one.
Did you notice much difference with or without flaps on? Hard to notice any difference on the video from my chair. Wondering how it felt in the air. Seems to fly quite well. Nice work!

Hi Mrmugen,
Yes the flaps do add allot of lift. If I fly it at higher speed you would notice the lift because it wants to pitch up all the time and in the video I was keeping the speed down.
On the other hand my flaps are not like barn doors so the don't really apply the brakes super hard. Biggest improvement is flying straight in on approach with full control, versus flapperons where your control is limited.
The next time I'm bored and build another wing, maybe I'll make them a little steeper and see what the effect is on the cub....but for now I'll stick with this setup.

Did your motor mount include the washer? if not what size washer did you use? I am thinking about buying the same mount for my cub to fit my new brushless motor
