Beginner with new Supercub need advise please.

Hi, I just bought my first plane and wanted to prepare it for the first flight.
Can anyone guide me thru the first thing I should do before I start?
Any precautions or tweaks I should preform prior?

Yes.
Spend as much time as you can reading the posts in this forum. It's time well spent. Also download FMS, get a USB controller of some kind - mine is a game controller with two joysticks and works fine - and spend as much time as you can on that. It's time well spent also.
