 Hi all got the art tech edge 540t from local HS as it was going cheap (80 UK pounds) Not flown it yet as still waiting for some spares for the cub so i can fly her with new lipo mod before moving on to edge. ;D Question is has anyone flown or know anything about the edge540t. I'm very nervous about flying it so any tips would be welcome. the disc provided with flight sim doesn't work on my comp so i cant practice with my transmitter.

Don't about their Edge 540 because I've never had any experience with it. I do have an Art Tech Yak 54 and that is a handful. Ailerons the full length of the wings makes it more than I can handle.

Ailerons the full length of the wings makes it more than I can handle. i almost went for one of those  sounds like it was a good job the 540 was going cheap. most say the trojan is the best first aileron plane, but i thought as this was cheap and can be flown slow i would give it a go. plus if it goes wrong i can bung all the electrics in the cub and get a brushless motor too. |
