This old parrot had to wait over a month for a calm day in south Lincs UK! Eventually I plucked up courage and launched..............the last time I flew model aircraft was over 40 years ago, but I've never flown rc before 
...........however, this 60 year-old flew his birthday present into the Lincolnshire air and......good grief.......I was airborne!.....and I managed to land in one piece after a fantastic 5 minute flight! 
I flew again 3 more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke; it wasn't!
The Cub was so slow and forgiving, and I got an onboard flycam video to mark the occasion!
Many thanks to this club and all its contributors who have helped me get up to speed with this amazing trainer.
