I was taking a look at the sig kadet senorita ARF as an aileron trainer. it says they recommend a 400 watt brushless outrunner. does anyone know what eflite BL this would translate to? is it the 25? i got that number by cross referencing a few things.
thanks!

the power 10 is 375 watts and the 15 is 425 so the power 15 would probably be good. what is the flying weight of the plane? there are other brushless motors you can use that would be cheaper like towerpro.

thanks. i couldnt find the wattages for the motors. im not sure what the total flying weight would be. i am very found of the eflite outrunners, so i would probably go with one of those.

I have a power 15 on a Carl Goldberg Freedom 20 and it rocks. It is a 4 channel trainer that I can hover....lol. I use standard servos and a seperate flight pack for them. I run a 4000mah 3s lipo and get around 45 minute flight times. Best part is the 80A esc I got for 30 bucks new in package. It has been solid for 2 years now and so has the 4000mah pack I got for 20 bucks 2 years ago. I did however pay full price for the power 15....which IMO was worth it.

after looking into it more i realized that was wayyyy too much of a power upgrade from the cub...and i'd surely destroy it
