tb, I know that you've read that you should always get help but the cub is the most forgiving plane you will ever fly. Remember to not fly as a beginner in any windy conditions .....ever, and do not get brave and bring it down onto the deck for fly-bys until you are confident. If you do have a mishap the cub is very easy and in most cases inexpensive to repair. Good luck
