Charging Setup

I hate to be a noobie, but I have this charger-

this balancer-

and 3 cell lipos.

How do I charge them? Do I fully charge the batteries through the deans and then balance them, or do I charge/balance simultaneously?

and most of all, how?
It would be great if someone could show the setup in Paint.

Use a Cellpro 4S so not personally familiar with that setup.

You stick the 2 leads from the balancer into the female of the charger on the right side, Then you charge through the balance port on the battery. There will be nothing hooked up to the power lead while charging.

Thats is one good little charger for the money. I like that it does Pb as well as the rest. I have many field batteries that are Pb and use this one for charging them mostly.
