Thanks, I used the best combined advice from the Aileron board on here. To make them a little stronger, I wrapped the aileron in clear packing tape and actually used the same tape to attach it hinged. I've put some serious G's on those ailerons and they held up without the slightest move.
Im considering throwing my lighting system on this wing, but I know the minute I have too much invested in a wing thats when it will die.
