What have you used to cut out the bottoms of the GWS floats when they're brand new out of the box ? Scissors? Exacto knife? Rotary tool (Dremel)?
Has anyone tried sealing the seams and fusing the parts together with bathroom caulking? This is what I use when replacing motor mounts... works well for that application
Cheers

I used an exacto knife when i cut mine out and used 30 minutes epoxy to glue them together. After that i went over it with hot glue and closed any holes that i found when dunking them in water.

I ended up using my rotary tool... cuts aren't bad.. I'm planning on epoxying them together, and finishing the outside seam with some white plumbers caulking.
