New DX 6i not responding

I have just put new electronics in my SC so that I can switch to DX6i.

What I have installed is:

Blue Arrow ESC PP-20A
2- Esky 8gm servos
AR 6200 RX that came with DX 6i
stock 480 motor
stock Nimh 7 cells

What I have found is:

Light came on 6200 prime and secondary w/o ever blinking. (Maybe already bound to Tx as it came in same box?)

I moved ahead, but I have yet to get any control to servos or motor.

I have tried binding RX numerous times, including with model 1 set up. What I now see is a very dim LED in primary rx and nothing in secondary with binding plug installed. With binding plug removed both lights are on steady at prime Rx and secondary Rx.

I have removed and reinstalled servos and ESC several times w/o anything changing.

I have adjusted throttle throw down to various settings, even down to 3 %.

I have "trimmed down" throttle a couple of times.

Nothing has seemd to make any difference. Admittedly, I lack; a digital meter to test with, a strong background in electronics and, a logic system in my brain to decipher the translated DX 6i manual.

Continued checking here gets me wondering if it is not a receiver issue. I have found that when I power the system on and off I will get , on occasion, a very dim LED in the primary receiver, only. It will go back to a bright LED on both rx's when I disconnect and reconnect the battery pack.

Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

i dont have this controller but there was a bit on youtube about binding it so have a look at that hope you can get is right

Have you checked that ALL the servo plugs are pluged in to RX with the Ground ( black ) wire to the out side of case ? I fought with My DX6i & Ar6200 Rx for a three hours or so before I found this out my trial & error.
