Which wires are they? I want to see if pulling them out will fix my glitching.

There are black plastic 'lens' in the bottom and front of the fuse. Those are the ACT sensors. Pull those wires. They should NOT make a difference unless it is ACT itself that is making it appear like glitching.

And the fuse is the black box i see when my wing is off right? or am i wrong lol

The black box is the receiver and ESC combined. It seems that in the case of the Cub, it is the heart of the machine.

Terminology issue: fuse = fuselage. Electric Fuses are seldom used in RC. You would be s**t out of luck if a fuse blew while you were flying.
Pull the ACT wires out of the black box (ESC/RX combo). fly
