Hey yall,
I have been flying my super cub for the last 3 months or so. Been in the hobby for about 12 years. I made the decision after getting my cub that I was done with nitro planes all together. Now I eat sleep and breath electric Flight. I had gotten the PZ Decathlon before this and had a mediocre time of it. I fly my Cub every single day unless it is raining. I have a full scale glider background and a free flight background going back as far as I can remember. I am one of those guys still in the obsession phase of our hobby. I see many more planes in my future, but my cub is the one that convinced me to go pure electric hangar. I have read every single post on RCU in the SC thread. Like I said super nerd. The Piper PA-18 Super Cub is my favorite GA plane of all time. I have a little time in full size super cubs as it was one of our towplanes at the full scale glider club I was in for many years before the road of life took a turn away from soaring.
