I haven't flown an rc airplane for around 6 years. I started on a firebird, which lasted one flight after I passed the controls to my old man who promptly flew it into a large oak. Since then I've dabbled in cars/helis, and only recently rekindled the love for planes. Had my first flight this afternoon at a wonderful soccer field out in the middle of nowhere, crops for miles in every direction. I was a little nervous at first, but got over it quickly when I saw how great she handled. This plane is such a blast to fly, I got her up about ~100 feet and did a few loops, buzzed the crops around the field, and landed gently back down in the middle of the field. I only wish I had more batteries as the drive took about 35 minutes and I only got about 14 minutes of flight time. I placed an order for the 8 cell elite 1500 pack as soon as I got home ;D. In addition, I couldn't resist trying to give the plane a new look after seeing all the great cubs on this site. Hopefully tommorow I'll take a few videos weather permitting and upload them. -New wheels, 2x- Lite 2.25 in. (~18g each) 1x- 1.23 in. tail wheel (~1-2g) Also swapped out the prop for the pz p-51, and taped the leading edge of each wing. ~~~zero

I like it, great visual aid on the wings being different.
