I've finally got my ripmax trainer 40 on wednesday. I haven't got any servos, rx and tx or engine for it yet, I'm waiting on those. Seems a reasonably built kit but this is my first so i have nothing to compare it to, well packaged and easily put together, but the wheel collets are held on by small screws that push up against the landing gear wire, and the screws don't have a head on them. This surprised me because in the manual the screws do have heads, but in the end I had to tighten them with needle nose pliers. The wing went together easily, i just needed to sand the wing joiner a bit and the tail surfaces were a breeze. It seems to be a very good kit for beginners and without the drying time for the glue it only took about 3 hours to complete. There are a few nicks and scratches on the covering, but i'm not that bothered about that. hope to have some pics up soon
