After breaking my wing strut early on in my flying and like a kid with a new toy, I wanted to fly again quickly.
My LHS is in the city and it would take a while to go there and back so this set my mind to work and I came up with this idea and it worked............
After breaking the hook of at the wing end, I heated up the plastic with a lighter and flattened it out with my finger and let it cool, it worked perfectly.
I've since broken the other side too and done the same with it.
Push it through far enough as not to melt the foam on the wing, flatten it out and let it set, 2 - 3 seconds and thats it, your ready to fly again and it seems much stronger than stock.
