DIRT CHEAP VIDEO CAMERAS

I have seen a lot of people spending big money on cameras on other sites for there RC planes.

This is a very similar system to my first one. It is color and what the camera sees it will transmit to the reciever plugged into your TV. If you want to record plan on using a VCR.

This is in the price range of everyone that wants one. I have several which I bought a few years ago. They look identicle to this one.

This is my frist camera mounted in a 1/32 scale slot car.






This is the reciever.



I bought this one for my cub. It has an enclosed lipo, sound and more range. I have seen it being sold for 300+. You can buy it for 150 or so if you know where to look.

I have video but on VHS. I have no way to transfer it to internet. It is a lot of fun to have 2 camera cars and race from the other room. I have converted a bedroom into a huge slot car track. It kind of like a model railroad but with cars. 4 lanes and at shoulder level. the walls and celing are painted like sky and backdrop. I am no where near done though. I may sell the house and have to dismantle it so I have stopped working on it.

I think it was about a 1000 feet. The benefit of them is not that you can post stuff on the net. The benefit is it transmits what it sees in real time to the ground. That means you can fly your plane as if you were in it! I used to race slot cars from the other room. I have also flown planes from inside my car! I think they are so cheap because the technology is so outdated. Whats VHS?

this sounds really cool....would a cub with a standard battery be able to support the extra weight? What is the video quality like?
