To jt01 Hey Jim, do you still have the CD that came with your 5in1? I am looking for the USB WebCam driver off it as mine arrived broken and the seller has no idea how to even zip a file or attach one to an email. Can you help? It not a bad little camera, but mine tends to record yellow tinted videos for some reason. A couple of times it has come right, so I'm not sure why. I am wondering if it does some sort of white balance on startup, and that it doesn't get it right that often. I only maidened my SC last Saturday and today I rigged up the Camera in the Drop Module, made up a parachute for it out of a thin plastic grocery shopping bag and dropped it from a good height. The chute worked perfectly and I got some wild video. If I can work out how to compress it down I will post it. regards Trev

Trev, the CD that came with my camera was only a crappy photo editing program. If you have xp on your computer it should be plug and play.My camera will filter red or green if the lighting isn't good, too light will record in green, too dark will be in red.The early morning sun seems to have the most affect on it.All in all I've been very happy with it.A friend just put it on his 50" Yak 54 and did some crazy flying with lots of high speed rolls, loops and snap rolls. The camera stayed stuck to the plane ( which amazed me ) and took a great video. If I still have the CD that came with the camera I'll let you know and will somehow get you a copy.

I've gone and bought a Oregon Scientific. It's very small and fits nicely under my U/C and gives good quality video and sound, the down side........My standard SC cannot cope with the extra weight and is really unstable and can only climb to around 50ft then plummets to earth.
I'm currently looking for ways to upgrade the power to get some good aeriel videos made.

I purchased a camera from him last month and paid $60.00 for it on ebay. I had the advantage of driving to his home to pick it up tho' as I only live a few miles from him. Seems like a really nice guy. Wonder if he could get a group thing setup. Shall I ask? I've posted a link to the video I made with the camera in the crash section...yeah, I did. , but I'm back in the air again. grubby out
