After seeing so many great on board videos i just had to order one of these popular cameras

Very nice SCC, can't wait to see some cool videos of the Italian countryside. I've seen some good reviews on this camera but there hard to get for a reasonable price here in the states.

The 5 in 1 arrived today.
This little vid cam is brilliant. I took away the ACT and then made a hole for it at the front.

When i did my test flight i put a strip of tape over the top to keep it in place. You can see it in this pic.



The test was done with the camera pointing backwards and it looks great.. As soon as i work out how to upload to Putfile i will post the link.

Seriously though your plane looks great and I'm looking forward to seeing some video. I too wanted a 5 in 1 but like jt01 said they are hard to get here.

MAN is that beautiful! So thats Italy eh!? Nice but too warm looking....lol. I take it those piers are for shelter for boats during bad weather? Nice footage.

That camera does an awesome job. Mine takes good pictures but the video is junk and there is no sound. Have you tried turning the camera around? Does it sit high enough to view above the prop?

It must be nice to be able to fly at the beach . If I tried that today my plane would probably land in Italy . It's 10* wind chill at -6* with 25 + mph winds and hasn't changed for the last 2 weeks.
Oh well gives me plenty of time to read.

It was windy here yesterday, it grabbed the SC and dumped it in the surf, with camera.

Todd. It would have to go pretty high up not to get the prop lines. I am going to try it on the wing looking forward.

Got it today.....mounting it now for a snow video. It just started snowing as we made flight plans. Kevin



Well I just installed the program for it and took a short vid of my wife and I...........mind out of the gutter.....................messing with it and it was very clear and crisp. I will maiden it soon and post the video. Peace
