I have not seen a Tiger Cub yet. So, here is my stab at it. Plus the winds have been really high I got bored. Enjoy NoseDamage

I love it, but you really must decorate the battery door.

Good looking Cub. Definitely get some orientation stripes on the bottom of that wing. Otherwise your Tiger cub will start playing tricks with your eyes.

Wind died down and I went to play with her and all I can say "invert is a mutha" cause I am doing repairs. Just finished the fuse repair next thing I am doing remounting the battery box! Lesson learned airplanes with wild colors need orientation stripes!

I'm going to have to keep my eye out for this crazy tiger flying over the skies of Austin. I was bummed last weekend was too windy. I went to Old Settler's park on mid Sunday afternoon and none of the RC guys were there.

Sack Whats up! I see you are forum hopping as well. The tiger cub met a disastrous end due to the crazy winds this weekend. I went up for about 10 min and everything was great. unfortunately I did not notice the wind stats for the day, 17 plus mph gust Normally I try to abide to the golden rule of "do not fly down wind" but however my addiction got the best of me. Long story short, power line dumped me onto a busy street with dump trucks and I am left with a servo, transmitter, landing gear( your design) and a wing . Diversion hobbies has cub rtf's for 109.

Yeah, hehe. These are the only two boards for me, though... for this hobby anyway. That is such bad news about your cub I was so tempted to fly Sunday afternoon... I was sitting there watching the wind for about 10 minutes.... and enjoying the Austin weather... thinking, I could manage this wind... then there were a few abrupt gusts just as I got up from the bench and started walking. I knew then that I'd made the right decision to hold off... those gusts were brutal. My cub probably would have met the same fate. Hopefully you can afford the $109. I'd hate to be plane-less... now that I'm hooked. I'm hoping to get to Settler's Park on Sunday sometime. I've got football and the Clutch concert on Saturday. Gotta run, work calls.

Just wondering: Did you know there is an Ultralight By the same name? <Tigercub> Pretty cool all aluminum tube airframe designed to fly w/ 25 Hp Engine, even has folding wings. CnB
