I haven't been able to fly much due to wind so I took some time to paint instead.I just need to take a trip to the not so local hobby shop that has the blue stars I want to finish it. Jim

Thanks guys, I used the fusion paint. Not sure I would dare try anything else and they have plenty of colors to choose from. I'll try to post a pic of the bottom Wayne,it basically looks like the top. Not true to scale as the top and bottom should have reverse color schemes but I'm still a novice and it helps me keep right from left if there the same top and bottom. I did a little reading on the use of the bird dogs Todd,Your dad is a brave hero. Not a lot of protection in them to fend off Sam missiles or Chinese MIGs. But he did a job that needed to be done to save a lot of U.S. soldiers.I think it's a pretty cool thing you chose his call sign for your user ID. Do you know which color variation he flew? It seems there were 3 or 4 different one's used.

I really shouldn't be admitting this. Don't laugh. When I got my first car in high school I hid a tube in the grill and shot rockets out the front using a secret switch I had in the car. Youd be suprised how fast kids can ride their bikes when they have a rocket wizzing by them. LOL! I only used it a couple times before common sense took over.

DO NOT EAT THEM! Rockets are bad for your health. I wonder if there are rules associated with projectiles being shot out of planes? I think I read somewhere about this a while ago but will have to do some research. I think it's a no no but could be wrong.

I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere so I could probably get away with it. Unless it started a fire.....that would be bad.
