I have a second wing to put ailerons in. I did them just before Christmas, but haven't flown it yet. I noticed on the weekend that the hinge tape is coming unstuck from the foam, both on top and in the hinge line where it was cut from the wing.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I used these. They are easy to install with thick C/A . Just be careful not to get glue on the hinge pin. If you get them in square you'll have a nice smooth pivot that wont fall off. www.shopatron.com/product/part_number=118/101.0This p/n will get you the small hinges on the left. Jim |
