Ok, I need replies a.s.a.p., as I want to do the wing tonight. I bought some black duck tape for wrapping around the wing to strengthen it.
My question is, how should I wrap it over the lenght of the wing or from the outsides in or what is suggested.
I want to save weight but also strengthen the wing a lot.

Why do you want to strengthen it? Protect the edge from damage related to crashes? Duct tape is heavier than other choices like clear 2" packing tape or 2" 3M Extreme packing tape.

Because it previously broke off at the fuse. Glued it back together, but I don't trust a broken wing... Especially not the way I'm flying and sometimes in some windy conditions etc.
When I took it for a drive last week, without any struts, and looping, I heard the wing cracking a bit... And I knew it was at the joint. So this is the reason I want to strengthen...
Any other opinions?

With that in mind, some bamboo BBQ skewers pressed into the foam pieces to bridge the crack should give you plenty of strength. Wrap the area where the skewers are with tape to hold it all together.

I've already wrapped the leading and trailing edges with the tape as neatly as I can, but it's actually not as easy to do it as it seems!

Wrap the wing front to back with 1/8" overlap from one end to the other, then flip it over and do the under side.
I did my wing this way and have never broken a wing, in fact my buddies were amazed that I run my plane without wing struts (which are purely for scale appearance in my opinion)

I snapped my wing yesterday and gorilla glued it and then used two 15" very thin carbon fiber rods and taped them to the bottom of the wing with 2" clear packing tape. Today I flew about an hours worth and no wing problems.

If you do use the black tape wrap the wing top-down, that will slightly increase the aerodynamics of it just a little bit and strengthen it.
