can not get prop off motor shaft?

well i was just out taxing the cub for a bit to see how my new dubro tires work,now I'm trying to take the prop off the shaft and it won't come off ,i got the nut and little washer off but when i turn the prop to unscrew it off the shaft it turns the shaft too ,its like its on there too tight causing the shaft to turn

Once you get the nut off the prop pulls straight off its not threaded on.

ok i was taking the nut thats in the prop off to!!!!
