Was it an intentional landing or did the net "jump" in your way?

I wish it was intentional because then I would think of myself as a decent pilot. It was my first flight & I was trying to come around for a landing & my judgment of where that goal was was way off.

At least you used a net. Mine did this onto a chain link fence. It wasn't pretty. Thankfully epoxy works pretty well...
Yours looks like one of those barrier landings on the aircraft carriers, you know when they use a net to stop the plane because the arrestor hook missed the cable....

This is a great first-flight landing, because you can get the plane back in one piece! My first flight I had a pro helping me line up and descend. Very helpful to have an experienced voice keep you from crashing. I'd consider myself very lucky to survive a first landing like yours if I hadn't had the help I did.

Not much wind. It was my first ever RC flight & I couldn't judge the distance of the net.
