some video i came across before i was on this site, me having some fun for the 1st time with my homemade skis. I made them with a sheet of black ABS plastic ;D

Those are very nice looking skis. The SC seemed to struggle off the ground. Are the skis heavy, or was the battery just getting weak? You used lines from the tips and tails to the fuselage to keep the skis level. How did that work out? How did you attach them to the plane?
