When I bind my prop shaft begins to run

I have the throttle lever all the way down before I start bind. As soon as it binds the motor starts up. What am I doing wrong?

I was having trouble getting the throttle to bind like so many others and finally I found holding the bind button until LED on Rec turns solid did start the motor.

I would start by making sure the Trim button on the radio is also all the way down ( that is the button beside the throttle stick )

Could be the stick is down but the trim is all the way up

try that first and let us know if it worked or not

One of the first things you need to know is to fully describe your problem. This is the Super Cub Club, so the 'assumption' is you have some kind of stock Parkzone Cub gear. It's quite possible you do not, so then there would only be about 1000 variations of gear you could be talking about. As a first posting we don't have a clue.

Also, what's the history? Did you fly it and crash it into the ground. Now you have a problem you did not before? That's a different issue than a new out of the box system that is not behaving correctly.
