I have just assembled my brand new Hobbyzone Super Cub S and the right wing is definitely sits higher than the left. Does anyone know if this is deliberate (i.e. to counteract prop torque)? I haven't flown it yet but having a higher right wing with cause it to bank to the left. Worried that my Super Cub is a dud

I have the older Super Cub...my wing is not higher on one side per say..BUT one wing does set a little further to one side than the other and gives an appearance of one wing a tad higher than the other as the dihedral in the center, the wing being to one side more moves that center over a tad.
one can tell by the wing struts, one side is tighter as the other is more loose.
No big deal and does not affect my plane at all
I believe one wing strut mount was moved further away than the other...again, no big deal, not that much to pay attention to.

I have lined the wing unit up dead in the centre of the mount on top of the fuselage and measured the distance between the ground and the tip of each wing. The right wing tip is approx 9mm higher from the ground than the left wing tip. Just wondering if this will cause significant flight problems (i.e. banking due to higher wing).

Not enough of a difference to make a difference It will Not affect the plane at all. you can be at ease over it.
