Sorry in advance if this is politically incorrect, but I'm pretty sure I got this link from somewhere else on this forum buried within another thread. It's a pretty useful compilation of links for help on a myriad of subjects, just scroll past the first post and there, nicely organized is a full index of helpful tips and tricks. Enjoy all! jk, No worries, this is a PC (spit, spit) free zone. Personally I look for and seek information from anywhere I can. Of course, you have to evaluate the info for yourself accordingly. Good for you, information should be freely shared, I have never had time for those that think/keep info secret, that does nothing to help those that seek knowledge. I must say though, that this is the best and most friendly forum I have ever found. FWIW Flydiver knows more than most of us will ever learn, anything you need to know, ask him, you will not go wrong. (Is the cheque in the post Fly?)

Politically Incorrect? Here? Ahahahah...hahahah! RCgroups is fine, as is wattflyer.com, and the very useful www.modelflying.co.uk/ ( Home of RCME magazine). As My Lord CH says, anywhere you can find the information you need is great. How you use that information is up to you. However, in my humble opinion....just ask Fly - Far, far easier than using google!

As a newbie, I am burning my eyes out in reading all of these posts on tips and all. Lots of great info to absorb. I am especially interested in the photo aspect, so I am really grateful for the link in this post that provides me with some neat mod ideas for camera mounting. I keep going to the link and returning back here to this thread. Like say, I am burning my eyes out, but it is indeed fun reading. I am really into the diy stuff, so it is great to view what others have done in many different categories for this plane.
One question that may be a bit off-topic from this thread (forgive my ignorance if it is), but does anyone keep a pilot log of their flights, just to see what worked that day, what didn't work, what was unique and how many crashes happened as to pilot era or problems with the electronics or such? Not necessarily a blog of sorts, but a quick experience accounting?

Heck, if flydiver had to pay us advertisement each time we recommended his knowledge and experience I believe we would be millionaires by now...and flydiver would be living on the side of the road in a cardboard box.
