Hi everyone. I have a supercub that I kind of bought off ebay cheap because I wanted the float plane aspect of it. After finding this club, I decided I would try adding ailerons and have a little more fun with this airplane because I really prefer 4 channel flying. I bought a wing, cut the dihedral out and reinforced it with CF rods and removed the struts. The wing is plenty strong and can withstand high speed loops no problem. The problem I have with it however, is it will not fly very easily at all. I have to constantly finesse the ailerons to fly level or it will quickly roll one way or the other. I can handle 4 channel planes but this one just does not have good roll stability. I'm tempted to try again with a new wing and leave a slight dihedral in it but I'd really like to know if this one can be made to work.
Thanks!
