yes they will work fine but don't go any larger than 2-56 size rod. You will need to slightly bore out the hole to fit a 2-56 connector but there is plenty of room

it looks as if these come with clevises included. do you mean bore out the hole on the control horn?

My LHS carries the elevator and rudder pushrods for the stock SC $.99 All I did was cut those down and bent some new corners to connect to the servos
