That is one of the coolest paint jobs on a Super Cub that I've ever seen. (However, I may be partial since The Dukes of Hazzard was my favorite show when I was a kid.)

that is awesome...what paint did you use... ? Thanks all yeeeeeee haaaaa! i used plasti-kote super spray cans. used the super primer first. need to find a way of protecting the motor cover and the wing tips. when i use the plastic film on curved edges it bubbles up.

:(SAD UPDATE When i was a boy i watched the general lee jump 200ft rivers crash through hay bails and barn doors and come out looking as good as she went in i was a boy and thought this was normal. The cub on the other hand, as strong as she is, DOSENT LIKE TREES AND WIND School boy error on my part ;D pics and vid coming soon.

ouch oh well its back in the paint room again, just got to stay away from trees and wind. got it all on video but the big bosses at work have banned me from you tube ill have to look for another site to upload vid.

I am fairly new to flying my supercub and so far Ihave not had any damage but is damage like that repairable without buying new parts. I have read lots of stories about people gluing their sc's back together after crashes but when does it become unrepairable.
Have you been able to glue that back yet?

Kenai1 NO THAT WAS NEW PARTS BOUGHT. ONLY COST £20 TO GET HER BACK IN THE AIR. I THINK THE BODY OF THE CUB IS REALLY THE ONLY PART WORTH GLUEING.
