STM simply check your email,,,it will say tracking number on it, or your account info at AB seems this is a glitch they know about, then simply do this they 'complete your oder'..meaning they take yer money,,but dont ship because of it.......real bad service too, 4 days later and 5 emails, and no replys,,,,to fix the issue stm, the tracking number tells it all,,got one? I didn't...

I had a problem with customer service also. I asked if they install Deans connectors for a small charge. Expecting a yes or no, but that held my order up for two weeks. There is a different email for complaints which got me out of the ignore box. You might try it.
I'm still plenty happy with mine. Slightly more power and gets a decent run time, so no real complaints for that price. I like the guage wire they use and there is plenty of it. Not short like the stock battery.

I have four flights on these tenergy batteries and only get 1000 to 1100 mah. I thought they weren't broke in yet, so cycled both packs four times and still same results. I have great run times with them and they are still worth the price, but is anyone else getting 1400 mAh on their charger? Mine is a BC-8. Hig I've had (2) of the 10.8V 1400 mAh NiMH since 2/2008 www.all-battery.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=195After repeated cycling on a Triton Jr and also flying then charging (1.2amp) they accept no more than 1000-1100mAh. Usually get anywhere between 7-14 minutes flying time and obviously varies. I have about 15flights or so on each and the extra power is nice. I just Dsch/charged one of the batts

I don't have any type of equipment that will give me the actual mAh charge capacity of my batteries, or else I would check. But just out of curiosity, how close to the rated capacity do the stock batteries get when you use the same equipment? I'm not saying it's the case in this situation, but in a lot of other types of equipment the rated amount of output is significantly higher than actual real-world values. Take for instance the gas mileage ratings on the stickers of new cars. New cars rarely ever get the same gas mileage that they're rated for.

The stock batts and the black ones you see in the picture routinely charge in approx in 90% or leaves out 10% of rated capacity of mAh. The black batts are 1200mAh and charge to almost 1100mAh sometimes, almost the same as the 1400mAh batts. That's why I place a 1.2amp (1c) on both. Not totally concerned nor was I ready to ship them back for return but I read higbe33's posts and agreed and wanted to post my experience Btw keep the vids coming! Their great quality compared to my PocketcamX vids w/supercub

I was hoping to get a chance to test out the repairs today, but the winds have been gusting around 15 - 20 mph today. I'm headed to Sedona, Arizona (red rock country) this coming weekend, and I'm hoping the weather works out for me, as I'd like to get some aerial shots while I'm up there.

:if ordering these from CANADA.....:BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey STM, did ya get your order?
(should have come by now for sure)
anyways, I cancelled mine, as they WONT ship so I finally got a credit a week later!!!
so, clipper.... maybe you can add this warning, and update your post to add:
*NOTE TO CANADIAN BUYERS*
-AB does not offering ANY free shipping(codes) to Canada
_if you do order,,shipping is expensive!!! cheaper to get better quality batteries here in toronto store!
-AB customer support SUCKS BIG TIME,,took me 11 emails to rectify this mess... ..never again folks,,,lesson learned,,,IT IS NOT NOT WORTH ORDERING THESE if from Canada!!!
cheers

Well, after almost a month of waiting I finally got the shippment of batteries! I emailed once indicating the shipping was in fact included. I was going to call in because I didn't get a reply to my email but never got to it. Luckily I've got my hands on them but would not recommend it for Canadian buyers as it took quiet some time.
