I wonder what they had charging it to make it do that??? But use some common sense. Anythign can be made to look dangerous. I mean take the cub, I can claim how dangerous it is and even video tape it taking out someones eye, but in reality if in the hands of a responsable adult it is only hazerdous to toes. I'm not saying lipo's dont produce some risk, but when charged and used as indicated with instructions they are pretty safe.
