Surjer and Cybersoft,
One important thing you need to remember when going the LiPo route is not to run at full throttle for long periods of time or you run the risk of burning up the motor. I burned mine up that way.

anyone ever order/use mystery 15c 2200mAh or GE 20C 11.1v 2200mAh lipos from ebay? Seem pretty inexpensive - 2 for 50.. Also Im planning to use these with stock motor and eventually a e-flite 450 for some lazy float flying... advice?

i have the mystery 2400's and there ok for the price. i would say its more like 12c and i can only mangae to get 2100-2200 mah unless i discharge them at like .5 amp.

the cub on a3S lipo is awesome, just use common sense, get a egg timer, bring it in before pack gets to low
