Joey, Might you be good enough to please consider these previous posts? "Leave it, guys. Please. This is a happy board.  " My response.... "Renard, Noted and agreed. " I have not "attacked" you nor cast aspersions upon your name, but you seem to have some kind of problem directed at me personally that will not go away. I have hopefully given you some little advice in previous posts, which you welcomed and responded to in a positive manner, thank you. I even wished you well for your birthday of last month. However, just because I asked you to read and take notice of advice and a definitive answer given by a very experienced and knowledgeable member of this forum, you have taken it upon yourself to continue to post adverse comments regarding myself. That I feel is a great shame, this is a wonderful forum and has no need of this. If you need less drama in your life (as I would imagine all of us would aspire to) then please put a stop to these antagonistic replies. I have nothing against you, I only joined this forum to encourage and help others, whilst being given advice and obtaining information with which to enjoy the hobby I love so much. I ask you once again, to put an end to this, let us all learn and encourage each other. You're right, it's not worth my time... |

Hello, joeyballgame, First of all, welcome to the best club in the world, if not, the known universe! ;D I'm awfully sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about regarding rolling chassis, your first vehicle that uses the third dimension? No offence old chap, but might you speak in English, rather than "in tongues?"  Are you talking about the beloved Super Cub? I do hope so. I realise that there are some differences between our languages, but I remain rather perplexed as to your meaning. No offence intended . Flu? do you mean flew? Once again, no offence. Flu is a medical condition that makes you feel like Sh*t ! ;D Crazy Horse, I'm sorry if you can't understand my English vernacular, I've only posted just a handful of posts here at SCC and you are the only one that has replied with sarcastic remarks. I'm NOW understanding that you're an CRAZY OLD CHAP (no offence) and I'll do my best to stay far far far away from you as humanly possible. I have watched this thread spiral into oblivion...sort of like my cub did a few weeks ago. However, ever after being damaged, the Cub now flies better than ever. I have had the pleasure of dealing with CrazyHorse over these few months...never has there been a more sarcastic arse on these boards since I joined. I love his viewpoints as well. His take on the world, like others, is refreshing to say the least...Plus, he can be rough around the edges just like me....perhaps that is why we get along so well? There was never any intent to offend you and I am sorry for the misunderstanding on both sides of the fence (or pond). We have not ganged up on you once and this bickering seems like 2 little old ladies going back and forth. I understand that you are a mid-level aircraft engineer which is fabulous because you have the mindset of being able to make adjustments on the fly and design and implement newer modifications to your stock Cub. While you were a little overbearing on your last post, please keep in mind that this is a public forum on the Internet. As you know, the Internet is a free forum that allows one to speak their minds. With that in your thoughts please don't forget to take all opinions with a rather large grain of salt. Because that is all they are...opinions. Wow, this thread is unreal. I jumped on to welcome the new member but given his conduct I have my reservations about welcoming him to our little community. Joey, you are clearly trolling (ie posting inflammatory statements), and have made several insulting and derogatory posts about crazy horse. We have a bit of culture going here on the super cub club where we like to poke fun at each other but it's always lighthearted and never intended to be taken personally. If you're so sensitive that you can't take these little quibs without turning things into a mud-slinging competition then you're going to have a very hard time here on this forum. If you can't get along with the other members of the community here then there's very little point to you being here at all. I'd advise you to swallow your pride, admit that you took things a little too personally and try to see the humour in these situations. The time will come that you'll have the opportunity to poke fun at someone else in future and then you'll be able to see things from the other side. If you want to see an example of how we like to poke fun at each other here, just take a look at my thread on the time I lost my super cub at a local park.
