A video of my first flight with ailerons on the Super Cub.
As you can see in the video, I lost radio contact to the plane for a couple of seconds after about 2 minutes of flight. After that I upgrated to a Specktrum AR6200 receiver and a brushless motor. A EMax 2215-20 and a 25A ESC.
That means that it have 3 position flaps and aileron differential now. I hope that the aileron differential will prevent the barrel roll. Cant wait to try the new setup.
Recorded with a Sony Bloggie HD camera

Hi & welcome to the forum. Nice video, thanks for sharing it. Im guessing by the thick grey sky you're somewhere in the UK? (hmm on second viewing they all seem to be driving incorrectly and are on the wrong side of the road!) Where o where in the world is as grey as here?
You mention 3 position flaps, is that flaperons or seperate flaps? Any chance of some vid pics of your wing mods?

Hi John. Thanks.
I am from Copenhagen, Denmark. And yes, we have a lot of grey days here as well. But as you can see in this video, we do have superb flying days here also:
(don't mind the way I have spelled Super Cub in the video, don't know what went wrong!)
It is flaperons with 3 position flaps and aileron differential.
I will try to post some pictures of the wing modification later today.
