Nano........thanks fly yet again :-) My squall is the 3cell ver...but im still going to use the 2200 becouse thats all i bought just have to fly at half throttle if i can resist it!

Don't suppose you have a wattmeter? Then you could figure out what the draw is and the lipo power needed.
If not there is the heat rule-if your lipos are coming down hot, then they aren't good enough for the job.

Time for some more then....say 35c? My lhs has 40 or 45c but they are like £45 each!

Theoretically 35C should do better in that kind of application.
HK can do way better than that if you deal with them. I'm not at all sure that the specs are anything but marketing gimmicks when they start getting up that high. Wish there were a reliable way of sorting that mess out.

Bench tested a Turnigy 13x8 with the new nano 3s2200 25-50C and a two year old 3s1300 20c turnigy. The 1300 was only 2 amps lower. I expected there to be a larger difference due to age, pack size and C rating?]A 2 year old lipo of half the size almost holding it's own against a brand new nano?
